Ciao Maseratisti,

Did you know that you can now purchase your own wee Maserati for only 230 Euros ?

That's fantastic I hear you say! Well. when I say wee Maserati, what I really mean is an individually designed hand-made 1:43 scale model of the new Maserati Quattroporte, Quattroporte S or GranTurismo S.

These models are prepared to meet your own exacting choice of colours: exterior, interior and brake calipers. These models can be yours for the princely sum of 230 Euros, that's GB £194 to us here in the UK.

Choose your exterior from Bianco Eldorado (white), Blu Oceano (dark blue), Grigio Alfieri (darkish grey), Grigio Granito (dark grey), Grigio Touring (light grey), Nero (black) and Nero Carbonio (charcoal).

Choose an interior from Cuoio (light tan) and Nero (black).

And finally customise the colour of your brake calipers from Argento (silver), Giallo (yellow), Nero (black), Rosso (red) and Blu (blue).

You can make your choices and order from HERE!

Here's my choice!

MASERATI GB SUPPORTS BOND STREET CULTURE AND HERITAGE WEEK

Maserati GB is proud to support the Bond Street Culture and Heritage Week in partnership with the Olympia International Art and Antiques Fair until June 14th.

Bond Street clients and visitors of the Olympia Art and Antiques Fair who take the Bond Street Heritage Tour, will be chauffeur-driven in black Maserati Quattroportes between the two London locations. The Bond Street Heritage Tour gives a unique insight into the fascinating artisan history of Bond Street, showing classic pieces of yesterday and highlighting their influence on today’s most wanted items.

The Heritage tour will touch on art, furniture and jewellery, both at the Fair and then on Bond Street, where Cartier and Sotheby’s each welcome guests and give a fascinating insight into their unique and rich heritage.

For further information on the tours please contact Katie Thomas on 0207 096 2963 or email katiet@idpr.co.uk.

Notes to editors

The Maserati Quattroporte features a 4244 cc V8 wet sump engine, which produces an impressive torque figure of 460 Nm at just 4250 rpm and 400 hp at 7000 rpm. The collaboration between Maserati and German transmission experts, ZF, has resulted in an exceptionally flexible and responsive six-speed automatic gearbox that allows changes at engine speeds up to 7500 rpm. This endows the Quattroporte Automatic with truly superb performance figures: a top speed of 167 mph, and 0-62 mph in just 5.6 seconds.

Prices for the Maserati Quattroporte start from £77,335 on the road.

For more information please visit www.maserati.co.uk or call the Maserati Info Centre on 0800 064 6468.

Bond Street has a historic relationship with the arts dating back to the 1700s when it was established, many important pieces of jewellery, art and furniture which were originally sold on Bond Street can be seen today at the International Art and Antiques Fair.

For more information visit www.bondstreet.co.uk.

The fair brings together 250 of the world’s most prestigious dealers and galleries. Attracting over 30,000 private buyers, curators, interior designers and devotees. It houses an extraordinary selection of unique pieces, ranging from ancient Chinese ceramics to Art Deco jewellery, 20th Century Design Classics to Old Master paintings and a diverse range of furniture.

THE UK’S BIGGEST CLASSIC MOTORING EXTRAVAGANZA
RETURNS TO BIRMINGHAM’S NEC

The UK’s biggest classic motoring exhibition returns to Birmingham this November as the Classic Motor Show opens its doors from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th November. Spanning six halls of the NEC and displaying over 1,200 cars and 250 motorcycles from all over the World, the Classic Motor Show is the climax to the British classic car season and a chance for the UK’s motoring clubs to come together and celebrate the best of the classic motoring scene.

And what’s more, tickets are now on sale which is perfect timing for Father’s Day. Treat your Dad to tickets for a stroll down memory lane and possibly find his first or dream car as every motoring taste is catered for with around 200 of Britain’s best motoring clubs creating impressive displays of unusual and breathtaking marques.

Andy Rouse, Show Manager, said: “The UK classic motoring scene remains healthy, even through these tough times. In terms of alternative investments for many people at the moment the simple choice is should you leave your hard earned money in the bank earning no interest or enjoy it. And why not? A well restored and maintained classic isn’t a risky purchase in terms of depreciation and it’s a lot more fun and far better looking than a bank statement! For anyone looking to buy a classic or for anyone who just loves cars, The Classic Motor Show is the place to be. Whether you’re an expert, or you’re new to the scene, you’ll be made more than welcome.”

Other features at the Classic Motor Show include an the energetic live stage with special guests answering all your questions and giving away fab prizes including a 1960s Morris Mini while experts in the Restoration Theatre will show you how to tackle all aspects of restoring your cherished classic car. Take a ride as a passenger in your dream car in exchange for a donation to charity, courtesy of the Sporting Bears Motoring Club.

With around 300 trade stands selling parts and spares, tools, motoring memorabilia and much more, you are sure to find everything you need to feed your motoring habit.

Or if you prefer two wheels, there is a dedicated Classic Bike hall complete with spectacular club displays, the gleaming classic bike concours, interviews with biking heroes, trade stands and the popular bike jumble. For more information, the latest show updates and to book tickets, visit www.necclassicmotorshow.com.

And while you're there, don't forget to visit the stand of the Maserati Club UK. The Maserati Club always put on a good show, and fellow Maserati enthusiasts always receive a warm welcome.

As you can see from the photos below there is always a fine selection in the very best of Maserati tradition, so well worth a visit !!
