It is from December 1997 (one of the last produced), I have been the owner since August 2006, when the car had 70,800km on the clock. Today it has now covered just over 100.000km (29,000km with the engine).
The car goes very well, I use it often and have used it on trips abroad with the Maserati Club. The interior is in excellent condition, even though it is a delicate colour.

Here are the details of my car:
1997 Maserati Ghibli GT.
Date of original registration: December 1997.
2.0-litre V6 engine producing 306 bhp.
Manual six-speed transmission.
Chassis/VIN No: ZAM336B00*00361???*.
Color: 'Nero Sideral Metallizzato' (metallic black).
Interior: 'Panna' (Cream) leather.
Present mileage: 100,000 Km.
2 previous owners. I purchased the car in August 2006.
The car has Full Maserati Service History until 70.000 km when I bought it.
In September 1996 with the mileage at 71,000 Km, the engine underwent a complete overhaul!!! Since then the engine has only covered 22,000Km.....
Principal work carried out during my ownership:
Complete engine overhaul, including cylinder heads overhauled by experts Lunelli in Modena.
New alternator.
New radiator.
New Battery.
Change timing belt 25,000 km since the overhaul.
Change front braking system.
New steering box (a few weeks ago).
New clutch (carried out in September 2008).
The car is presently in the workshop having a new water pump and expansion tank fitted. A complete service of all the oils and filters (engine, gearbox and differential oil change, oil and fuel filter replaced), new accelerator cable, new handbrake lever and a few other little jobs. Normal servicing has been carried out every 8.000 km. While they are changing the water pump, I am having the timing belt replaced.
L'unica cosa di cui potrebbe avere bisogno è una rinfrescatina alla carrozzeria, using it often, unfortunately a vandal scratched it on one side and there is a scratch while left parking on the other.
As I am now selling the car, I have not carried out any painting to the body, fearing a prospective buyer might think it had been in an accident. Eventually, I could have the paintwork carried out.
I also changed the radiator, alternator, the front brakes discs and pads...
This car is in very good condition and requires no immediate expenditure. I use it every day and it works very well!!
Servicing is carried out every 8.000km........
The interior of the Ghibli is perfect.
