My sincere thanks to Ted Walker of Ferret Fotographics for allowing me to publish these classic photographs. Ted Walker is a genuine motor sport enthusiast who has now built up a collection of in excess of one million photographs.

 1 - Sept 1953 - Sqadron Leader Tony Gaze sitting in the Boyce and Spero Tipo 8CM (#3011) at Goodwood.

 2 - May 1976 - Paul Jaye at the wheel of his Tipo at the VSCC meeting at Silverstone.
 3 - July 1953 - A Tipo 250F at the British GP at Silverstone.

 4 - October 1938 - Luigi Villoresi at the wheel of a Tipo 8CTF at the Donnington GP.
 5 - June 1958 - The powerful 410bhp 4.2-litre V8 engine of the Tipo 420M/58 'Eldorado' at the 500 Miglia di Monza.

 6 - 1939 - Capt. Torin and Bill Boddy, long time editor of Motor Sport, in a Tipo 8C-3000 at Brooklands.
 7 - May 1950 - David Murray at the wheel of a Tipo 4CLT at the European GP at Silverstone.

 8 - July 1953 - Froilan Gonzalez driving a Tipo A6GCM at the British GP at Silverstone.
 9 - June 1954 - Roy Salvadori at the wheel of the Gilby Engineering Tipo 250F (#2507) at Goodwood.

 10 - 1956 - Factory 250Fs in the Paddock at Aintree.
 11 - March 1961 - The Briggs Cunningham Tipo 61, with improvised 'soft-top', in the Paddock.
Records show that at the Sebring 12 Hours held on the 25th March 1961 a Tipo 61 'Birdcage' (#2457) raced under the number 25. This car driven by the owner, Dave Causey, and Luke Spear retired with gearbox problems after eight hours.

 12 - August 1957 - A Tipo 450S at the Swedish GP.
 13 - 1956 - The L Cootes Tipo 150S at the Easter Meeting at Goodwood.

 14 - July 1959 - The prototype Tipo 61 'Birdcage' won the Coupe Delamare Debouteville at Rouen.
 15 - May 1957 - The Hans Herrmann Tipo 300S at the Mille Miglia. This car was fitted with an experimental 3½-litre V-12 engine. It retired with a holed sump.

 16 - July 1956 - A Tipo 300S in the Paddock at the British Gp at Silverstone
 17 - 1954 - Roy Salvadori driving Sid Green's Tipo A6GCS at Goodwood.

 18 - August 1938 - The Hon P Aitken driving a Tipo 6CM in the JCC 200-mile race at Brooklands.
 19 - July 1957 - Ivor Bueb's Tipo 250F (#2507) receives a plug change at the European GP at Aintree.
 20 - May 1957 - The V-12 250F was a non-starter at the Monaco GP: It proved too much of a handful around the twisty circuit even for the great Juan Manuel Fangio.
